11/8/2010 I went looking for my first new car because my car had broken down beyond fixing, so it already wasn't a pleasant experience to begin with. Then, I had dealt with other dealerships that were not very nice to me, which I just assumed was because and was a young girl. I was contacted by Tammy after I had asked for an online quote from Hennessy. She gave me a reasonable quote over email, which I appreciated because most places wanted to talk to me on the phone. This irritated me, as I did not have time to talk with every internet sales person from every dealership in the city. Also, it was a lot easier and clearer to have what was said in writing (which is probably why many places did not want to do that). But Tammy continued to communicate with me over email, answering any question I had. Her cooperation with me was ultimately what made me decide to go visit the dealership. They had the car I wanted in stock at a great price. Fred was very quick to correct any problems that might have occurred in the whole process. Car buying it seems is never easy, but I had been to a few dealerships in my search, and I was treated by far the best at Hennessy. I had done my research and knew I received a reasonable price on the car. I love my car, and I will definitely return to Hennessy if I ever need anything else.

10/27/2010 This is my 1st Honda. I was looking to buy a new CR-V. Unfortunately, I could not afford a new one, so I bought a certified used one. I put out what I wanted on the website and within 2 business days, Stacey had 5 vehicles that I could choose from. Dean was able to help with the sale, although the price I was given as the E-PRice is non-negotiable =(. I still got a great price, and with an excellent credit score I got a great rate of interest.
I haven't had to get any service yet, but I believe everything will be fine.
I would recommend Hennessy Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle!

10/22/2010 It was absolutely blazing hot the day we were there and Alan stood in the heat with us and answered all questions. He showed us as many models as we wanted to see and allowed us to test drive a civic and accord as we were undecisive. He was nice and not pushy and didn't mind sweating. It was an extremely hot day. 10/19/2010 After searching extensively in our area we grew frustrated that we might not find the CR-V in the color we wanted. So I emailed a sales rep at Hennessey and I received a far market price with the first reply. The negotiation was short and Hennessey offered me a price that I felt comfortable with.
The hackle time with buying this car was Zero, everyone there were very nice and they new that my wife and I would be driving over an hour to pick this car up. Hennessey, got us in and out and we were home by 9:30 with a new Honda CR-V, leather comfort to boot .. :)

10/19/2010 Excellent service, no pressure, knowledgeable and quick to respond. best was all of the pre-work we did buy email about pricing, options, and details so there was a lot less time needed at teh dealership. It was nice to have locally grown people working at the dealreship too.

10/19/2010 My first contact with Hennessy was via e-mail through Honda's website. Of the three dealers I contacted, Hennessy responded first and most professionally. Their pleasant and professional demeanor continued when I visited the dealership, in contrast with how I was treated elsewhere during my shopping process.
I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and was able to make a reasonable deal without major stress. The exact car I wanted happened to be on its way to the dealership, which made things even smoother. When I took delivery, Tom went through the car's features with me.
This is my first Honda (after more than 15 years driving Saturns) and I hope Hennessy's service experience will live up to its reputation. If so, my CR-V and I will have a long and happy relationship with Hennessy.

10/4/2010 They made everything so easy. I did my research on how much my car should cost me and emailed all the dealers in Georgia to match it. Hennessy Honda was one of the few who did. I was in and out incredibly fast and there was not one second of negotiating (I declined all extended warranties). I highly recommend them for any future purchase you may have.

9/18/2010 I got my price through "Drive My Dream" so my salesman just had to honor that price. I liked that there was no haggling, and I knew what I was getting before I even got there. But he was very nice and cleaned up the car, filled with gas and explained the details about the car. It was a great experience.

9/16/2010 Excellent Customer Service. I have driven Hondas for over 15 years and this is my 3rd transaction with Hennessey Honda Of Woodstock. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.
Tammy Odom, Internet Manager, was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my email inquiries.
Alan Armbruster is a Godsend. He is so personable and he has a genuine connection to people that makes it very easy to establish trust. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about the 2010 Honda Accord I purchsed. Alan sent me a letter within 3 days of my vehicle purchase thanking me for purchasing the vehicle from Hennessey Honda and notifying me of his availability by email or phone should I need anything.
